  • Biomechanical Analysis
Joint motion, muscle strength and flexibility imbalances
  • Body and Foot Structure Analysis
    Running orthotic assessment
    Running shoe assessment
  • Running Form Analysis
Improving efficiency / symmetry to reduce injury
  • Exercise Program
Based on biomechanical and structural analysis
  • Orthotic Fabrication
    Semi-custom and custom orthotics
  • Return to Running Program
A program designed to get you back to running

Each Assessment Includes

Running Injury History Intake Form:
Information pertaining to all the factors that may have an influence on current or possible future injuries.

Biomechanical Assessment:
Gait evaluation assessing joint integrity, balance, strength and flexibility while keeping the body in a running/walking functional environment (keeping the body in an upright position with feet on the ground with and the body being influenced by its own weight and gravitational forces).
